Return Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns, at this time. We encourage you to carefully review product details and ask any questions you may have before making a purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding of our return policy. Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items

We want you to enjoy your purchases and your experience with our store. After delivery, we will provide a link for reporting any issues or feedback. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect or if you are missing an item, please use this link to contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work together to resolve the issue quickly. Please note a photo of the item(s) may be required.

Refunds and Reprints

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your issue and let you know if your refund or reprint was approved or not.

If you requested a reprint and are approved, we will notify you with more details. 

If you requested a refund and are approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at customerservice@varietyplate.com.

Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges, at this time. Please see previous information for processing defective or incorrect items.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
